Matt Pass first met Reed at the Arbutus Hall Event curated by Sloan, Indiana University 1981. (It was probably one of the first major events to introduce circuit bending to an un-suspecting audience.) Matt is a vocal sounder sculpting auralisms with voice, delate, distort, and homemade instruments. His work with circuit bent instruments is vehicular for riding chaos sound patterns, shaping randomness into semi-coherence. Matt also designs an plays instruments such as pvc and mouthpiece-less trumpet devices.
